People of all ages can depend on us for good food that nourishes them and helps them save some money for other necessities.
Our free, twice weekly meals build relationships between people who visit our program; provide hot meals to busy parents and reduce the grocery bills of the folks we serve.
We offer two meal distribution events every week and currently serve a total of about 200 meals a week.
Mondays
Meals are served on Mondays from 5 – 5:30 p.m. at Hope House, 334 N. Allen Road in Wake Forest. Participants may walk through or drive through for their meals. These meals are served buffet style- you are welcome to bring your own containers or we will provide takeaway containers.
Wednesdays
Wednesday meals are served from 6 – 6:30 p.m. in the parking lot of Olive Branch Baptist Church, 326 East Juniper Avenue, Wake Forest, from the Wake Forest Baptist Church Food Truck on the second and fourth Wednesdays and Oink and Moo caters the first and third Wednesday. Fifth Wednesdays are sponsored by church and civic groups.
